Last updated: March 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OpsBaseline service (“Service”), operated by OpsBaseline (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any data, recommendations, alerts, or outputs generated by the Service. Any decisions you make based on the Service—including but not limited to security, compliance, cost, or operational decisions—are solely your responsibility.

3. No Warranty; Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPSBASELINE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. Not Professional Advice

The Service does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, security, or financial advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for your specific situation. We are not responsible for any regulatory, contractual, or legal outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your account and credentials; (b) ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and your own policies; (c) the configuration and use of any AWS or third-party resources connected to the Service; and (d) any data you submit or actions you take based on the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any third-party rights, or to transmit malware or abuse our or third-party systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
