Payment Terms

1. Subscription Fees

Subscription access is billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually based on your plan). Fees are in USD unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Billing Cycle and Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal. When applicable, we display your next billing date in the Billing page.

3. Upgrades, Seats, and Proration

Plan upgrades and additional user changes during an active cycle may create prorated adjustments for the remainder of the cycle. These proration adjustments appear on Stripe invoice lines.

The owner seat is included in the base plan; additional seats are billed as configured per plan.

4. Cancellation

If you cancel, access remains until the current paid period ends unless otherwise stated. Billing UI shows cancellation-at-period-end and effective end date when available.

5. Failed Payments and Suspension

We may retry failed payments and may suspend service for non-payment. Continued failure may result in account termination as permitted by law and contract.

6. Taxes

Taxes are excluded unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax).

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating chargebacks may result in suspension. Please contact support first to resolve billing issues.

8. Relationship to Other Legal Documents

These Payment Terms supplement our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
